The restaurant: Coreanos Kitchen

Why we love it: Coreanos Kitchen first started as the Coreanos food truck in Austin, Texas, in 2010. After being recognized by Smithsonian Magazine and Fox News as one of the best food trucks in America and by US News & World Report for their french fries, chef Gene Cho created the brick-and-mortar Coreanos Kitchen. Coreanos is open in five locations: Itaewon, Gwanghwamun, Apgujeong Rodeo, Yeoido and Incheon Songdo.

The restaurant: Vatos

Why we love it: Rated as the number one Mexican restaurant in Seoul on Google, Vatos offers Mexican food with a Korean twist. They’re also located in Singapore and the Philippines.

The restaurant: Gamsung Taco & Grill

Why we love it: Gamsung’s fajita is huge, which makes it great to share with friends. The restaurant is group-friendly and conveniently located in different neighborhoods of Seoul (Sinsa, Jongno, Hannam, Hongdae, Hapjung, Kondae and Gangnam).

The restaurant: Gusto Taco (Hongdae)

Why we love it: Ranked as the top Mexican restaurant in Seoul on TripAdvisor, Gusto Taco is also vegetarian and vegan (tk) friendly. They’re also on Shuttle Delivery.
